We remain committed to providing quality products and efficient customer service in order to contribute to a positive experience with BrandsFirst products.
Selling Prices
The prices published are cash prices and may be changed without prior notice. If BrandsFirst is unable to maintain the price indicated, the customer will always be notified and has the right to cancel or refuse the order.
The prices published already include VAT at the legal rate in force. Product images are merely indicative and should always be confirmed.
Orders / Quotations / Enquiries

Delivery times
Informed with the quotation/order request (checked on a case-by-case basis).
If you wish to collect your order from one of our shops, please wait for confirmation of availability, which will be sent by e-mail, before travelling to the location.
Warranty and after-sales service
All products commercialised by BrandsFirst are covered by the guarantees against manufacturing defects in force in the European community.
Complaints should be clearly described with the order number, delivery note or invoice and sent to geral@brandsfirst.pt.
Returns must be sent to BrandsFirst's head office, properly packaged so that they are not damaged during transport.
Right of withdrawal
Within 14 working days of receiving the order, the customer may withdraw from the purchase and has 15 working days from the date of receipt to return the products in their original packaging.
The customer will be refunded within 15 working days of receipt of the return.
